Statewide is one of a select few NYC Fire Department approved central stations, permitted to monitor commercial fire alarms within the five boroughs. We maintain technical staff in house (NICET Level I – IV) simply to assist our alarm dealers with programming and troubleshooting. Our extensive knowledge and guidance on NFPA and NYC codes provide a valuable advantage to dealers who use Statewide. On an ongoing basis, we work closely with municipalities throughout the United States to insure code compliance.

We have been at the forefront of new technologies resulting from the inherent vulnerability of phone lines and the changes in data transmission becoming more prevalent with VOIP systems. We offer our dealers a wide range of Cellular and IP monitoring solutions.
Video Monitoring and Video Verification are growing at an unprecedented rate. Some states and cities even require Video Verification to dispatch emergency responses upon alarm activation. Recent studies throughout the United States have shown that verified video technology can significantly reduce false alarms and also increases the criminal apprehension rate by as much as 40 to 60%.
Statewide offers a wide range of video monitoring solutions. Our technology is compatible with key industry players such as Videofied. We have recently partnered with a software developer, enabling us to monitor an unlimited number of IP cameras from any manufacturer.
VIDEOFIED provides the monitoring operator with an actual video of the intrusion. The video and 2-way voice verify that the alarm is a crime in progress, not a costly false alarm. With law enforcement increasingly pressured by budget cuts, video-verified alarms help the police capture more intruders providing better protection.

Mobile PERS and 2-Way voice panels fill an urgent need, allowing your clients to communicate directly with a central station operator in the event of an emergency.
PERS Systems: Panic and Medical 2-Way emergencies do not always occur within reach of a telephone. The ability to call for help with the touch of a button can be priceless, mainly when it saves a life. Our medical 2-way technology and professional support staff can provide families of elderly, ill, frail, diabetic, or disabled persons with the peace of mind that their loved one can communicate an emergency instantly with the touch of a button. This can also be used as a “panic” button for adults, small children, and at-risk expectant mothers.
2-Way Voice Systems: With 2-way voice, the intermediate and time-consuming step of the phone call is eliminated. Instead, you can communicate directly and immediately with the monitoring center through your control panel. The panel is either hardwired and uses the phone line, or it might be a wireless system using a secure cellular connection. The functionality is like having a direct intercom connection between your home and our team at the monitoring center.
We support 2-way voice-capable panels such as 2GiG and Honeywell LYNX Touch Panels, among others.
Honeywell offers extensive services ranging from Total Connect 2.0, GPS Vehicle/Asset Tracking, IP cameras & Home Automation Integration. Our expert staff is here to assist in registering and programming these various devices.
