PERS Systems: Panic and Medical 2-Way emergencies do not always occur within reach of a telephone. The ability to call for help with the touch of a button can be priceless, especially when it saves a life. Our medical 2-way technology and professional support staff can provide families of elderly, ill, frail, diabetic, or disabled persons with the peace of mind that their loved one can communicate an emergency instantly with the touch of a button. This can also be used as a “panic” button for adults, small children and for at-risk expectant mothers.
2-Way Voice Systems: With 2-way voice, the intermediate and time-consuming step of the phone call is eliminated. Instead, you have the ability to communicate directly and immediately with the monitoring center through your control panel. The panel is either hardwired and uses the phone line, or it might be a wireless system using a secure cellular connection. The functionality is like having a direct intercom connection between your home and the our team at the monitoring center.
