24/7 Data Entry Services:  We provide 24/7 data entry services, so that any changes you request can be handled immediately.

 Customized Inbound & Outbound Calling:  We answer and call your clients using your firm name.  (Ex:  “This is Your Firm Name Central Station.”)   In addition, your firm’s name and phone number will appear on your client’s Caller ID.

Answering Service:  We can provide answering services for you after hours, when you are on vacation, or during emergencies.

CustomizedOn HoldMessaging:  We can program our “on hold” music to play your firm’s customized promotional messages while your clients are “on hold”.

          Advanced Tech Support

Technical Questions/Troubleshooting:  We have knowledgeable support staff always available to assist with technical questions or to help with troubleshooting.

Third Party Services:  Our staff assists with all third party services, including programming of  radio communicators (such as Alarmnet, Connect 24, Uplink, etc.) 2-way voice panels, IP communicators, and more!

Fire Alarm Code Compliance:  We have NICET Level I – IV certified staff in house, simply to assist our alarm dealers with fire alarm code compliance, programming, troubleshooting, etc.

Seamless Account Transition:  We have a proven history of seamless account transfers both with alarm dealers and in several acquisitions of other large central stations.  Whether transferring one account or 10,000 accounts to us, be assured that our proven methods of transfer guarantee a seamless transfer for you and for your clients.

Volume Discount Program:   Our pricing is based upon account volume so that, as your firm grows, your cost per account decreases.
